Months later he said the store doesn't like it in the complex. And when I asked him how he says he said he thinks that's stolen or he knows that I stole it. He says I took it out of the store underneath my clothes and I asked them. How does he know that and he says he just does how you can get charged with pretty large knee months later when you're not at the store. And they don't see you stealing it. I understand if you take something in your hand and walk out the door with it. That is stealing, but that's not what happened. He approached me on the street and said I stole separate. I don't have a record never been in trouble in my life except a speeding ticket 3 or 4 yrs ago and this was my 1st of it kind and I'm 35 if that matters

It seems there are many cases where this right is being violated. Individuals that are arrested and then sit in jail for years without trial. I doubt the founders would have found this as a definition of speedy trial. They system is ruining lives of innocent people. We need to start holding the courts, DA and law enforcement accountable when these violations occur.

Honestly I have no respect for the school disciplinary hearing. It’s frankly a joke given in my experience and observations you guilty until proven innocent. Instead on innocent until proven guilty. My college threaten me with it because I was falsely accused of harassment. Now they never proved it and they never presented any evidence. But the way it worked is the university would rather die on this hill then admit they’re wrong. I had to threaten to get an attorney involved and the employee respond that he can see I’m not going to take responsibility for my actions. Despite them not proving anything. If they did take disciplinary actions most likely I’d dump them and finish my education somewhere else. I was ready to do it and had all arrangements prepped.

Why would my lawyer just give me out of no where a plea of guilty

If I was pulled over for speeding, and they found I didn't have a license, would that give them probable cause to search my vehicle? Further more, before getting a search warrant, can they tell my passenger to exit the vehicle and leave her personal property?
